History

Since 2006 - CSR Virtual Solutions, LLC has been led by our founder, Claudia S. Russell. She has had quite a diverse career that brings a wealth of skills and information to our clients. She began her career in the 1980's as an actuarial assistant - that experience drives our attention to detail!

In the 1990's - she became a Senior Account Executive for CIGNA HealthCare, managing over 420 accounts. This is where our CRM/PRM, Systems Compatibility, Marketing, Communication and Sales skills where developed and honed. In 2001 , Claudia assumed leadership of a family Landscape Design & Build firm in Dallas, TX. This is where our acumen for small, service based businesses is derived from.

Today, she is also a Certified Bookkeeper from AIPB, and a Certified Web & Multimedia Designer with over 30 years experience.

Since 2006, we have helped numerous companies and non-profit organizations achieve their goals.
