Maintaining current technology resources ensures we can best meet the needs of our clients. We continually update our technology resources to meet our client needs.
As of January 2023, we continue to maintain our own licenses for the most popular software including:
· Microsoft Office 365 – through current version,
· QuickBooks Accountant Desktop through current version,
· QuickBooks Accountant Online through current version,
· Adobe creative cloud – All products (e.g. Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design etc.) through current version,
· And many other support applications.
Cyber Security
Never before has technological security been more important. To ensure that our systems house your data in the most secure realm possible, we have redundant system back-up systems to maintain your data in case of an emergency.
Backups
· All technology we use has an immediate back up to a local device.
· At 1:00 AM every day, all systems are updated with a current backup to a local external hardrive.
· At 3:00 AM every day, all systems are updated to a cloud storage backup service.
